HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A holiday surcharge of $12.00/night will be applied to your overnight rate for the following holiday periods:
- New Years Day
- President’s Day Weekend (Friday – Monday)
- Easter Weekend (Friday – Sunday)
- Memorial Day Weekend (Friday – Monday)
- July 4th Holiday Period (7/3, 7/4, 7/5)
- Labor Day Weekend (Friday – Monday)
- Thanksgiving Holiday Period (Wednesday- Sunday)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Eve
RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY
All overnight customers are required to pay at for all overnight services prior at or prior to check-in. Although we will do our best to accommodate all requests for our service, it is best to call in advance and make a reservation and/or appointment to assure your needs are met. All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. If a customer cancels an appointment less than 48 hours in advance or fails to keep an appointment, they will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $40.00.
Dogs may be dropped off Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Dogs may be picked up Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm; Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm; and Sunday (Daycare entrance only) from 10:00am-5:00pm.
Check-out time is 12:30pm. Customers who pickup their dog after 12:30pm on the scheduled pickup date will be charged a discounted daycare fee of $30.00 or full day from their daycare package.
Additionally, there will be a $25.00 fee for any pickup occurring within 15 minutes after closing on the scheduled pickup date. If pickup does not occur within 15 minutes after closing on the scheduled pickup date, the dog shall remain for another night and customer will be charged the $25.00 late pickup fee and for another overnight at the maximum overnight rate of $80.00
REQUIREMENTS
To ensure the health & safety of our beloved pets, we require up to date vaccination records showing that your pet is vaccinated against rabies, bordatella and DA2PP. The Canine Influenza vaccination is highly recommended, but not required. Additionally, your dog must be neutered or spayed if he or she is 7 months or older.
Each dog must be interviewed and tested for temperament and compatibility with other dogs. Once your dog passes with flying colors you can sign up at our facility or on our website and we will create an account for you, which can be accessed online where you will have the ability to schedule, reschedule or cancel services and update information about your dog.
BEDDING AND COMFORT
We provide dog beds and blankets for our pampered guests. However, you can provide us with your dog’s bed, blanket, toys and other comforts from home to make his/her stay with us that much better, but please be sure not to bring anything valuable because sometimes things get damaged or lost. Also, all beds, blankets, toys must be washable and labeled with your dog’s name.
FEEDING, DIET AND MEDICATION
Your dog(s) are welcome to eat our foods while staying with us. We offer Holistic Health Extension (Puppy & Adult) at no additional charge. If your dog only eats a particular food, please be sure to indicate it on our registration form and please provide the appropriate amount of food for your dog’s stay in clearly marked disposable zip lock bags/containers, indicating the type of food, quantity and name of dog(s) on each bag/container.
If your dog requires topical or oral medication, please be sure to provide dosage information and instructions and we will have one of our experienced dog handlers administer the medication at an additional cost of $10 per night. However, we do not have the ability to administer injections.
EXTRA SERVICES
Your dog can be bathed and/or groomed before departure for an additional cost. Our bathing service starts at $55 and depends on the breed, size and overall condition of the dog. Also, all overnight dogs spending 5 days or more with us will receive a complimentary bath and brush out, so they come home to you smelling and looking great.
