Puppy Visit Prices

Standard Puppy Care Services Include:

• Cleaning food and water dishes.
• Feeding and refreshing water.
• Replacing soiled wee-wee pads.
• Administration of vitamin supplement and/or medication (if necessary).
• Detailed note about visit.
• Brushing, playing, socialization and lots of TLC.

Restrictions and Additional Information:

• We are fully bonded and insured for the safety of your dog, home and belongings.
• An initial meeting must occur prior to service in order to discuss your puppy’s habits or requirements with us and to show us where the necessary pet care supplies are located in your apartment.
• The Puppy Visit Program is offered between the hours of 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM on weekdays.
• Please note that all early morning (before 10:30am), evening (after 3:30pm), weekend and holiday Puppy Visit services are charged at a rate of $35.00 per visit. Discounted Weekly Programs are not available on weekends and holidays.  A list of holiday service dates is set forth below.
• You will need to make your apartment keys available to us. We prefer that you provide us with 2 sets of keys during the initial meeting.  Alternatively, you can drop your keys off directly at our store or leave your keys at the front desk in a doorman building.
• Please make a reservation with us at least 24 hours prior to service to guarantee accommodation.
• In the event of cancellation please contact us 24 hours prior to the start of service. A full fee of the confirmed service will be imposed for any cancellation(s) less than 24 hours.
• $10 charge for each additional puppy in household requiring care.
• All rates and plans are subject to sales tax of 8.875%.

Holiday Service Dates:

New Year’s Day, President’s Day Weekend (Friday-Monday), Easter Weekend (Friday-Sunday), Memorial Day Weekend (Friday-Monday), Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Friday-Monday), Thanksgiving Weekend (Wednesday-Sunday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
